Signing up is easy. Choose any one of the three ways.
1. In Person: Pull up to a car wash kiosk of drive up window, choose your plan, enter your name and phone number and swipe your card. The License Plate Reader will scan you plate and associate it with your name.
2. Online: You can signup online at the form above. The trickiest part is knowing your license plate number. Once you’ve completed the online registration process and entered your license plate, the next time you visit the wash, it will recognize your car and you can get in and out with ease.
3. The Shiny Shell App. The last way to become a member is to download the Shiny Shell app for iOS or Android. The app provides a simple join process and even gives you a free car wash for creating an account. After you are signed up, just pull up to any gate, the cameras will read your plate, and the gate will open. It’s fast and easy.
You can add as many memberships as you would like and associate them with a single phone number and credit card. Each additional membership qualifies for our “Family Plan” pricing for an additional 20% off the cost of the membership.
You can manage your account in person at any Shiny Shell Carwash location, through the Shiny Shell app that is available for iOS or Android or by clicking the Manage Membership link.
Your membership will be billed on the same day of the following month until you cancel. For example, if you enrolled on the 5th day of April, your next billing cycle will be completed on the 5th of May. Cancellations must be completed within 48 hours of the next billing cycle.
Canceling your membership is easy. You can do it on the web or through the Shiny Shell Carwash app.
